Does ÑÇÖÞɫͼ State offer virtual campus visits?
Absolutely! During a campus visit you will have a meeting with a member of the graduate admissions team, receive information on tuition and financial aid and meet with a faculty member in the ÑÇÖÞɫͼ of your choice. What is the application deadline?
Most of our ÑÇÖÞɫͼs have on-going admission with the exception of the following:
- Speech Language Pathology - February 15
- Clinical Nurse Specialist - March 1
- Clinical Psychology - April 5
- Family Nurse Practitioner - March 1
- General Experimental Psychology - April 5
- Nurse Educator - March 1
- Nurse Anesthetist – November 1
Please be aware pre-scheduling for the fall semester is early April, and early November for the spring semester. To insure your pick of classes, a complete application should be submitted in a timely manner before pre-scheduling.
Is there an application fee?
Yes. A one-time non-refundable application fee of $40 is required before your application will be processed.
Is an entrance exam such as the GRE or GMAT required?
Most of our ÑÇÖÞɫͼs do have a testing requirement. Please refer to the graduate ÑÇÖÞɫͼ page for more information.
How long does the admissions process take and when will I be assigned an advisor?
As soon as all required transcripts are on file, a copy of your application and other required documents will be sent to the appropriate academic department for evaluation. Your admission will not be final until the academic department has reviewed your file and made a decision. The admissions process may take longer during peak times throughout the year. Once a decision has been made, you will be notified by letter which will include your advisor assignment.
When will I receive my financial aid award?
Please be aware that student financial aid awards cannot be made until the final decision has been made by the academic department and your admission file has been updated.
