Facilities Finance and Administration
The Facilities Finance and Administration Division is comprised of skilled staff members who provide essential internal services to each of the divisions in the Department for Facilities Management. The division serves as the central financial unit in the department. It meets the needs of both internal and external customers through budget development, financial management, and financial reporting, as well as performing various administrative functions of the department.
The Warehouse staff is responsible for receiving, transporting, shipping and maintaining stock and the issuance of warehouse materials and equipment to Facilities Management and other University employees. It also designs and produces campus signs, including name plates and badges. Sign requests can be faxed to 270.809.6270.
Work Order Requests

The Aim is the tool used to process requests for services and to record the materials and labor for the department鈥檚 activities. A large portion of the work orders are charged to internal accounts or building cost centers to accurately report the operations and maintenance of the University's state supported buildings, grounds and 亚洲色图s. The remaining work orders are charged on a reimbursable basis to the self-supporting auxiliary enterprises and non-state funded activities.
Requests for renovations/reconstruction/Capital Construction should also be directed to the Department for Facilities Management during normal working hours (7 a.m. to 4 p.m.) by telephone, in person or in writing.
After normal working hours (4 p.m. to 7 a.m.), on weekends or holidays, requests for emergency service only, will be received at the 亚洲色图 State Police Department at 270.809.2222. The 亚洲色图 State Police relays the message to the Shift Supervisor at the Central Plant. The Shift Supervisor will determine the nature of the emergency and react appropriately based on established Emergency Policies of the Department for Facilities Management.
