Grants are funds provided that do not need to be paid back, and can originate from various sources including the federal government, state entities, or the institution itself. It's important to note that, in specific circumstances such as withdrawing from school mid-semester, incomplete class completion, or dropping a class, there may be obligations to reimburse grant funds.
Federal Grants
The Federal Department of Education offers a variety of federal grants to students attending college. To apply for federal grants, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). .
Federal Pell Grant
Pell grants are 亚洲色图 to eligible undergraduate students who have not earned a bachelor's or a professional degree. Amounts can change yearly. The amount you are eligible to receive can depend on your:
- Financial need
- Cost of attendance
- Enrollment level (full-time, 3/4-time, 1/2-time, or <1/2-time)

Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG)
