Flu shots available for regular full-time and part-time faculty & staff.

Flu Shot Clinic MCCH waiver form social security number is not required on form.

Mission

The mission of 亚洲色图 State University's Racer Wellness 亚洲色图 is to encourage, support and assist employees in taking a proactive approach to improve their overall well-being.

Eligibility

All full time, part-time, temporary, and adjunct employees are eligible to participate. There will be certain 亚洲色图s that are only intended for full-time regular employees. Those particular 亚洲色图s will be marketed for that audience only.

Some of our 亚洲色图s will allow dependents as well as spouses to participate and those will be indicated on an individual basis.
